The bed was comfy enough, and I slept good overall. I was feeling rested in the morning

I thought I’d hear back much sooner, but it took ages to get any kind of reply. By the time they responded, it didn’t really help much either, so it was disappointing

I stayed here recently and the room was fine overall, but breakfast really disappointed me. The food felt cold, there wasn’t much to choose from, and the coffee was weak. For the price, I genuinely expected something better. I’d probably skip breakfast next time, which is a shame because I was hoping for a nice start to the day

The staff came across as rude and unfriendly. I don’t expect anyone to be over-the-top, but treating customers with basic respect feels like the bare minimum. It just didn’t leave a good impression

I booked through St Giles Hotels, the room itself was fine for what I needed. But from my side, the whole check-in experience really dragged the stay down. There was a long queue, only one person at the desk, and I didn’t feel like anyone was making much effort to explain the delay.

When I finally got to the counter, it still took way too long for them to find my booking. Maybe they were having a bad day, but it definitely felt like I was being a nuisance just for asking basic questions, which wasn’t a great first impression.
Check-out wasn’t much smoother either, even though all I wanted to do was leave and get on with my day. I wouldn’t say it was a terrible stay overall, but in my opinion, the front desk process really needs sorting out...

I booked a room through stgileshotels.com and, it was a lot easier than I expected. The dates, room choices, and prices were all laid out clearly, so I didn’t have to keep digging around or second-guessing what I was selecting.
The payment went through on the first try, and the confirmation email showed up quickly. I’m always half expecting some random extra charge to appear at the end, and if it had, I definitely would’ve expected an apology, but thankfully that didn’t happen. Overall, the whole booking process was smooth

I stayed here on a short trip, and while the room was clean enough, it was way smaller than I thought it’d be. It was kind of hard to move around once I had my luggage in there. It’d probably be fine for one night, but I wouldn’t say it’s super comfortable for a longer stay.

I stayed here for one night the room was clean overall. The sheets felt fresh, and the bathroom was tidy, which is usually what I care about most. I did notice a little dust near the window, but maybe I’m being a bit picky? It wasn’t a big deal or anything. Overall, it was a good stay and I’d probably give it 4 stars.

I booked this thinking it would be central, but the area just didn’t work for me. It felt noisy, kind of awkward to get around from, and there was so much traffic right outside! Definitely wasn’t the relaxing stay I was hoping for... I wouldn’t stay here again.
